    Going out this weekend hopefully. How is the water level and color? Are the crappies biting??

    Fishdoc reported this today. They showing up on shallow brush, 10-12ft from surface.

    In the clear water from Panhandle down. better in the creeks then the manin channel cause they pullin water 16 hrs a day. I fished a bass contest yesterday but my buddy caught over 100 crappie with over 50 keepers!

    I went out yesterday and caught about 35 keepers. I finally found them on about 14-18 fow I used a blue and chartreuse and killed them. I caught them in Less than 2 hrs.
