Fished from 8am to 5:30. Caught 14 and kept 10 fish between 9-12 inches. Half had eggs. One almost black. All caught pulling corks and minnows. Fish caught up Johnson creek 4-7 fow. Corks set at 3ft. Hit best around 11 to 2pm. Nothing the last 2 hours. Nice day overall. Took a friend and his 8 yr old boy. We all had fun.

Were do you get your minnows at? I get to fish Chick area a few times a year and sometimes like a few minnows.

Adams sports mart. Rt.60 providence forge. We used rosey red minnows today. They have those and regular shiner minnows.

Nice report and good job. Does your sounder give you water temp? I start doing well in those creeks in the low 50's

No fish finder today but another fishermen said his read 53 this morn around 10 am.

I fished there sat and only caught one crappie one cat one pike. Tight linned lacys and long linned johnsons. Water temp sat was 51 average.fished main lake and mouths of creeks with no luck.thnx for the report Fishead

Surprised I was the only crappie fishermen in there today. Thought for sure someone had cleaned the creek out yesterday. Being the warmer day this weekend. But I guess I did. End of the day the fish just cut off even with no pressure around. Except loud bass boat motors passing through.
