high sun ...low tide ...eastern shores n banks....bait moving shallow fish are following....next full moon through 2nd week may these fish are doing they business............with good runs of shad and or herring will hold some of these fish off.... into May due to some other fish species in ideal spawning areas...........50 years looking n cooking I am purdy sure of pattern....Slabby on the ringers east of richmond said they are starting to mix in with some nice females 3' in 9' water on his outter whats there rigs

tidal water go when low and put an eye on dead low at whats here and there ....mentally or gps mark areas 1' at this time and from then on consider this your shoreline..they will not spawn any shallower but will surprise you how shallow tuxed males will roam and destroy a minnow...while hitting these areas keep some minners floating around you in various depths or a jig under a slip rig or both ..bump along and work the dickins out the area but remember you have other rods out...go from there
