Managed to get out for the first trip of the year today. Not exactly a slammer, but I did ok considering I wasn't expecting a whole lot.

Water temp was 43-44*, everything I marked was 19-22' deep in 24-28'

    first fish of the year.

Tonight's dinner. All fat as can be.

New to the Crappie scene. I'm in the Suffolk area closer to NC border. Looking for some pointers on Crappie fishing and maybe a fishing partner for the weekends every now and then. Ive got the boat..... just need some fish in the live wells.

    Nice catch (Clear Solution)
