For over a month been having trouble with lower unit,well i got new lower unit on motor monday,run good but today wed,while in grassy wiring caught on fire and burn a lot up,don't know how it started but lot of damage,had 2 weeks at longwood but with all the problem i was having decided to pack up and come home,don,t know when i will get it fix,this time of year boat place is very busy.now may be september before i go,sure wanted to fish these next 2 weeks for i think they will be great,o well after these trying 33 days much of the spunk is gone out of me for a while.hope you guys get into them,was catching right many but all good things must come to a end,lol,hey ,i still can say praise the lord,so all is well. Gene I am so sorry to here of this. Thank the lord that no one was hurt. You just can't get out and run. If there is anything that I can help out with please let me know. I am not a jet mech but a pretty good car tech. Have rewired my boat.

Sorry to hear that Gene. That sucks. Yes, it could have been worse. Fire on a boat is no joke. Glad You came out fine on that deal. I hope You can get it fixed quickly. Got a guy down here in my neck of the woods that could get it going for You fairly quickly. I know it would be a heck of a drive but he usually knocks me out in a couple weeks and is real reasonable on price. If You wanted to try him just shoot me a PM and I'll get You his info. He is good and used to do it full time but now is part time and for what He does for a living now, I don't know how he gets the work done so quick but he does it some how.CF

Hate to hear that genec, just glad you are ok man, I will make you a deal you cant pass up, I will take you fishing on my boat anytime you want to go, but you have to show me some of your honey holes, and teach me how you shoot those docks, deal? Or I can take you and we can fish my spots that I dont catch anything, its up to you.
