Ive heard mixed reports from the past. Good and bad. My experiance was bad everytime i went. Caught a few small bass and small crappie. And we fished it hard from sun up to sun down. Just my opinion.

I think this is our most recent thread discussing the reservoir. I linked the 2009 DGIF biologist's report & that still appears to be the most recent study. There are several fundamental problems with this lake--not the least of which is the county's prohibition of gasoline motors on boats launched there.

Thanks for the replies. Did not know you could not have a motor on the boat. Checked with water auth. and that is correct. No motor on boat is allowed. Leaves me out.

Yeah, that's a deal-killer unless you have a "pond boat".
