Launched aroung 8:30 left about 1:30 total 15 fish.
Fished mostly 20 -30 feet of water, water temp when I started was 45 when I left 48, all fish came near the bottom favorite color of the day was pearl/ black combo with white nibbles.
Seemed like they turned off near noon or maybe they started transiting, there were maybe 10 boats out but it didn't look as if anyone I saw was doing much of anything.
all fish were from 9-10 1/2 inches.
Also I notice when releasing the fish if I keep them in the water and remove the hook there was less issues floating back up.
Sorry no photos
I was out there with two sons and grandson. We fished 10 AM to 2:30 PM. Slow bite as we caught 9 crappie and 1 YP. Did catch one 14 incher at front edge of stump field and one 12.5 inch fish. The others went 10 to 11 with two smaller. We used minnows tipped on jigs in 25 to 30 feet of water. Did a couple shallow drifts with no luck.
You guys tight lining or bottom bouncing in 20 to 30'?
Hey man dumb question for ya lol but I'm new and how do I post a question
