Burnt Mills...It's Been a While

I am originally from Virginia (Western Branch area of Chesapeake) but have been gone from the area for some time now. I plan to visit in the spring and do a little fishing. I've looked at Google maps and am wondering is there still a place to launch in Burnt Mills off of Kirk Road? I saw and remember the place for Western Branch Reservoir off of Girl Scout Road. Also, what is that place I see on the water after Kirk Road just pass the bend on Everets Road?
