    Default lake harrison?

Anyone fished this lake? I went there the other day just to check it out. Read about it in the vdigf site but have never been there. The site said that there are crappies there along with a variety of others. I managed 2 just poking around with jigs [1/48 oz head w/ kalins triple treat tenn. shad]. Tossed others but this is what they bit. Not a very deep or big lake. Its around 8-10 fow @ the dam.Very nice and peaceful, had the whole place to myself. Caught the 2 in 5 fow not far off the bottom. Next time minnows will be used.

Ekim fished Harrison more than anyone that I know of. He's in Minnesota now, but, still on the board. You can PM him, he may offer some advice?

I used to fish there several years ago. Plenty crappie, bluegill, fliers (at least, that's what I call them). Crickets and small minnows. Chain pickerel and bass too but they get fished pretty hard. I always liked fishing there. Best bit on cloudy days and late afternoons. Submerged brush (mid lake) is good area too.
