I left 11/9 out since there's a tourny that day, thanks slsbin for the info. Also times, I take it we will meet at 7 am unless y'all would rather make it 8am for travel time. And 3 pm weigh in? Everyone in agreement? I believe the time falls back (DST ends) Nov 3 correct?

I would do another poll on times once the date is set.

Alright tap, ill throw that up on 11/6 when the date is finished it will most likely be a two day poll since we are trying to put the push on organizing this thing.

It might not be fair that I voted, but if you all want me to send a little something for the event, I'd like to have more than a couple day opportunity to do so. You know, maybe I do the t-shirt thread like I've done before. You never know.
