Lake Anna 7/12/13

well since I was furloughed from work yesterday I decided to drop the boat at Lake Anna bright and early. We were boating crappie by 6:00. we caught around 65 total with 28 keepers in the 11 to 14 inch range and 3 slabs right at 15 inches. Most were caught on small minnows on slip bobbers although my buddy caught plenty on jigs. most fish caught were on bridge pilings on Stubbs and Dillards bridge at 12 to 14 feet. Big 3 pulled off boat docks up lake. Sorry forgot camera on this trip. will post pictures next time. as of right now I'm due to be furloughed every Friday until the end of September so hopefully more fishing reports to come.

Good report, don't get size like that every trip!
