Thread: 73 at BM 6/26

On the water at daylight and fished until noon when the wind and heat beat me up too much to stay. Caught 73 and most were small typical BM sized. The first one of the day was on my first cast and was 12". I thought it might be a banner day, but only managed 2 more nice sized crappie. Total of 3, 12" or over (one was a shade over 13"). Caught a few on small crankbaits, but most were on light colored pintails and 1/16th head. Fish were still in the deeper water, but hit the bait about 6-8 feet down.
