Never thought of it that way but now that I do, I agree. (Although I might substitute exciting for challenging.)

I was going over the list of bodies of water and see that a lot of the lakes are close to where my wife and I plan to build our new home. I told my wife that I do not care where we live as long as there are some good bodies of water to fish. We plan on making a trip there this fall to choose a lot on where to build. My wife told me to do my home work on what body of water we want to be close to. My problem is all the lakes in this area are top crappie lakes. The one good thing is most of the lakes are within 30 miles of each other. Ill still keep in touch with the Va board and hope to meet a bunch of fellow crappie. com members down there. Still gonna be A year and four months from now. Looking foward to retirement!!!!!!!! tight lines JIM.B
Almost forgot the area we plan on moving to is Georgia. The lakes are lake Lanier, Clarks hill, Sinclair, Lake Oconee, and Thurman. Most of the lakes are close to each other. Guess I need to take some lessons from Gene to learn how to do some dock shooting. It seems that the closer it gets the faster the time is passing. We have a lot to do before we sell our house next year. NO fishing for me next year :banghead but i guess it will be worth it. Tight LInes JIM.B
