I don't know about y'all, but with each day I don't go fishing this list is getting bigger lol. Yesterday it was staining cabinets. Today it's replacing hangers in closets. I grabbed one of my reels and started reeling it in front of my wife.....she knows spring is almost here![]()
I only fish on days that end in "Y" - (Retired Navy)

my wedding is in two months... EVERY DAY there is a "honey do".... what was i thinking planning a wedding in spring time!?
I guess I have my wife trained properly.I fish every weekend unless I am out of town, it's lightening, or we are having an ice storm. She knows this and we schedule around it.

When I was married I would take the list smear a little cheese on it and slide it down the frig door till it was a level where one of the dogs could reach it. Next morning "what list".
Never too late to begin training.1.Wife should rise early to prepare breakfast ( eggs, ham, fresh squeezed OJ),prepare lunch (fried chicken, shrimp cocktail and a sandwich or two).2.Wife should ensure cooler is iced and beer supply is adequate.3.Wife is to hook up boat trailer and pull it into position. 4 Wife is to gently awaken husband, have fresh brewed coffee and bloody mary ready, newspaper is optional wife should review paper and inform husband of any news he maybe interested in. This is just the bare minimum that is to be required. In all activities wife must be cheerful so as not to upset husband's fishing.
Start with this more training advice to follow.
