I am no DR. but I noticed a few post here recently about being cold. I hope this helps a few people out !
A few yrs ago, I found out Statin drugs which I had taken for yrs for cholesteral, don't work with my blood chemistry. I was told to try Niacin tablets, this is basically a vitamin B and found on the shelf (OTC) . it increases metabolism/energy. Since taking these I have noticed a reduced sensitivity to cold weather. maybe due to increased blood flow thru hands /feet? . I found out one of my rock fishing freinds has found same thing.
If you deside to try them I get mine at CVS, and make sure you get "flush free" or you may feel minor burning sensation around face/neck. Bad side, I also noticed I do sunburn a little bit easier.

That is one of the ingredients in 5 hour energy and I have tried 5 hour energy a couple of times. It really boosts your energy. It has some of the same warnings as Niacin such as flushing and sunburn. I don't take the 5 Hour very often, fraid it will eventually kill me since it seems to work so well.
I can see how it would warm you up because it boosts your metabolism.
Mark 1:17 ...I will make you fishers of men
BB, it didn't seem to help my C either, but I noticed it seemed to help me feel warmer when fishing in cold and ice. ( not a help fishing butwill put this out there too in hopes to help others) And my hands used to feel clammy sometimes, I havent had sweaty hands since!
