    Default Nwr 12/28

So I had forgot the NWR turns to chocolate milk when it rains. I trolled in NC and even ran to Tull's creek for a couple of hours and caught a whole 2 fish. Nice day to be out though and after 7 months 2 fish was worth it. Be a couple weeks before I try and fish there again.

Thanks for the report. I agree--it is great to be in on any waterway in the US. Even if you don't catch any fish.

TAP Was in the Gulf region, still with a helicopter squadron. Our airwing was providing close air support for troops on the ground in various theaters. Between that and pissing Iran off by going in and out of the straits we worked 12-14 hour days doing what has been normal for me the last 14+ years, protecting American interests. I will leave again near the end of Feb and by the end of the year I hope to transfer and catch a break.
