    attach ya a T-bar with 4 rod holders to both ends of the board in front, put ya beer coller next to the batt. under ya seat. getcha a fish basket an a floatin minnow bucket...an don't take ya buddy with ya...

    most coolers will float on their own, just add a pool noodle around it to stablize it and a piece of rope, done.
