Went out early this morning to one of the suffolk lakes and fell right on them again. They started biting as soon as the jig hit the water and did so all morning till 12 noon. The Bite would be steady for a while then slow up and then pick right back up again. The fish where in 4 to 12 fow and suspended 2' to 6' down. Jig color didnt seem to matter. Ended up bringing home 50 nice ones 1/2 pound or better. The biggest was 1 lb. 4 oz. In all 84 were caught.
