Water 78-80. Started around 12pm first stop proved interesting. Speks were feeding fast and furious. they were shallow and aggresive enough that several times and did not hace time to close the bail. Unfortunately they were small 6" to 7". After having determined the size would not change I moved on. Luckily the size improved 1went 13" 1went 12" and 3 more 10" or better. Could not keep count of the babies. Was shocked to hook a 3lb bass thought for sure I had a huge Spek my hopes were crushed when I saw what it was. Oh well. About 2:30 they knocked of completely. All in all a very good day.All were caught casting at no particular depth.
