    Default Buggs,what a week

Monday, wife sick,so I fish around camp till I came in at 10 and pick her up but still felt bad so I fish near camp and only caught 33 with many small ones,Tuesday, rain all day ,got 2 and 1-2 inches, Wed,wind blowing 20 mph ,wife still felt bad so fish near camp again and found some fish but could not stay on them so went in pockets and still could not stay still ,batterys was on 6.3 so had to come in and find problem, corossin in fuse from charger to new batteries. Now wind has almost stop at 12 but all I could do was set and fiddle my thums, caught 16 ,Thur, wife ok so we headed up to Clarksville to fish new spots.stop on rock pile in 6 fow that drop to 10 fow and caught a 14 inch and lost another one that bent my lite wire hook ,we caught 43 fish with some 12 ,one 14 ,and 12 at 10 -11 ,talk to Keith fishdoc, came in and went to get truck and wife turn boat around and BAMB ,she hits rocks and tore prop up and broke keel off ,not enough left to put on a nother bolt on keel, glad I was going to truck for it gave me time to cool down for when I got to her she was almost crying so I tried to encourage her ,she is more important than boat,I think,LOL, well while checking it saw boat had a lot of wAter in it ,so waited till today and check that problem and live well pumb was crack ,not because of rocks, well all day has been at boat repair shop and back ,got it back running but waiting to find out what to do about keel, still thank the LORD for His in watching over us

What luck-- when it rains it pours! I've heard some say that any landing you can walk away from, is a good landing! That 14"-er earned you braggin' rights! thanks for the report!

I have weeks like that too but mine happen while working. I don't know what is worse. Days like the week You had make You appreciate the good days more. Sorry to hear about all the issues with Your Wife feeling bad and then her hitting the rocks. That had to just be icing on the cake for both of You. Get the boat patched up and take Your better half out again soon. Things will chill out soon as crap usually comes in spurts. Good Luck. Sounds like Ya need some.CF

Sorry for the bad luck. It's a wonder we don't have more go wrong when trying to get out fishing
Keep some for the pan, let the larger ones go back for another day!

You have luck like me. Backed off the bank hit stump in rev. broke one blade off prop. Got boat back on trailer went home. New prop back on water next weekend. Hope the good luck follows us both out at Kerr.
