    They may be dinks, but two of these at a time can do a lot of tangling.

    Only 19 specks for the day, 5 over 10", nothing large. WT continues falling (as low as 77.5),
    but it's not enough to trigger the bite.

    This lake is full of them, they feed in the same places as the specks, and they are very active when the water is warm. Fishing with minnows probably maximizes my catch. Yesterday I landed 6 and had many more that threw the hook or broke off (it's not always possible to land a 40"+ fish on a telescopic pole with a fixed 14' line!)

    BB, DR is loaded with gar!! In the few trips I have made there, I have hooked/caught almost as many gar as crappie!
