Sundays trip

Dad and i headed out again this morning to fish one of the suffolk lakes. The bite was hot first thing but slowed as the day went on. The water temp was 72 at first and climbed to 74 when we left at noon.We ended up catching 55 with 38 of them being nice keepers 15 of which weighed a pound apiece or better biggest one weighed 1lb 4oz. The rest weighed between 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound apiece. They where in 6 to 22 fow but suspended from 1' to 8' deep. The color of the jigs did not seem to matter.

Great report val!!! I was going to fish it on sat but still have the itch on the other lake. Looks like i need to follow you around and that is my go to lake. I'm glad you get a chance to fish with your dad. Cherrish the time. Tight lines jim.b
