    How has all the rain affected Kerr? Are the creeks muddy?

    Don ,I would not think so for 2 reason, one is most rain was east of Kerr and hitting us hard,and also it takes a lot of rain to muddy the creeks,especially those from Grassy up to the dam, also the water did not raise much and is going down now
