I had about 3" in an hour in Norfolk, street in front of the house was 3' deep, lady next door said it was flooded worse than during Isabel. Guy down the street thought his new Navigator (still has temp tags) would make it, it didn't, it was getting towed this morning!

I lost power last night 3 times and when I ran to the car to go stay at the GFs the last time, I was in water over my ankles from the porch to the driveway. Front yard looked like a little lake. The storm ditches were over running into the streets and they are 3 footers. I get to Chesapeake and it's dry as a bone. Did not start raining there for almost 2 hours; and it never really came down hard there.

Hmm, I may not hit a Suffolk Lake this weekend due to all this water. May have to go with plan B.
