    Default yep jimb there biting


    Dad and I hit the lake this morning early and there started hitting as soon as we got there. We had 40 nice keepers 10 inches to 12 inches. Also had 8 citation yellow perch. They were spread out today at different depths 6' all the way to 16'. Name:  100_0514.jpg

    These are (very) LONG perch. BIG perch look like striped footballs & you will catch them on the NWR next winter. BTW, you better ask Santa for some real winter gear...your Florida togs won't be quite enough when the spawning run starts.

    haha... ive lived here long enough to have acquired some real winter clothes... my hunting gear will have to double as my winter fishing gear!
