Hit it hard this morning... fished from sun up to 1130 Had an solid 1.5 hrs catching dang near everycast. 1/24 Chart Sickle jig, BGBS Bluegrass was the ticket..also had a few on slipbobbers. All the deeper water held small ones, ended up finding a nice school of 11-12 inch fish 3 FT down in 6 FOW right on the edge of a drastic dropoff to 20 FT deep. Between me and my dad I know we had over 75-80 Crappie, 3 small bass, few flier, 1 small Yel perch. Kept 8 for dinner for the fam tonight. Had about 20-25 Keepers the rest were 8-10"....Lost a nice one prob 14 in or so right at the boat...dang rods laying on the net handle made for an awkward moment.![]()

Looks like a good day, you guys just keep trying different waters till you find them huh?
Nice catch papermouth. Never fished cohoon but might have to try it. Do you know what the water temp. was over there?
Thats an awesome catch especially for this time of year and sounds like yall really got into em. I would be back after that school of fish asap. Your report is leaning me towards fishing Cohoon now this afternoon. WTG![]()
