Naw, that looks like one of my rifle scopes Corky. They may look back at You funny if You point just that in there direction. Now if You have something mounted underneath that, and they see the whole rig, You can make them do funny things like bail off the building real quick, clear parking lots and bring all kinds of news cameras and blue flashing lights in Your direction.
