    someone holding 2 huge crappie. Not much info on location, or anything really. Anyone know the skinny?

    Private pond. The whole article was about a young guy and how many citations he has caught with the vast majority coming from private ponds in Suffolk. I'm sorry but citations caught on private ponds and lakes just don't carry as much weight in my book as those caught on public waters.

    Not taking nothing away from Kitt but state or world records should only be awarded to public waters. Congrats on the artical Kitt!
