    Default Waypoint swap

I will trade approx 150 waypoints on Buggs for what you have on Burn't Mills. Anyone interested?

I do not think a 150 way point would do ya any good in Burnt Mills. The regulars have not found them so it is anybodies game. I would do exactly what the radar man said, fish any lay down that has fallen into deep water from the bank. And keep moving if the size does not change. I caught my biggest long lining across the main lake, just random out in the middle. I bet you may be better off searching out new ground. These tree are in 27 feet of water and are still attached to the shore. Plenty to look after. Name: BM 001.jpg

Thanks FW. I use to fish there a lot many years ago but I gather it has changed a lot just from reading other's posts.

Funny you should post this since I was just thinking today that I really don't have many waypoints for Burnt Mills. It's not at all like Buggs. Lately I will start at one spot and cast towards shore and just work it like a bass fisherman. When I catch a crappie I will hang around and see how many I can catch before I move on. Plenty of times at Burnt Mills once I motor out to my starting point and shut the motor off, I may not start it up again for 6 hours plus.

Of the 7 citations I have pulled out of BM's since it reopened none of them were past the stump field. Of course, very few big ones have been pulled out of there lately. That lake is so loaded with 9" crappie that you can't help but catch them.

Lately the secret has been to find what depth they are holding in an how long to count down my jig. I've done extremely well with the Money jig on BM.

I would love to trade with you but unfortunately I don't have any waypoints for Burt Mills as I've never fished there. Have some on Buggs but most of mine have come from Panman (thanks Keith). Others i just have on my map but have never put on the GPS. Willing to share what I have for there (Buggs) with you anytime.

I hang two poles over the side and have not had much luck long lining recently although in the past on this lake I have caught some nice ones long lining.
