    Default Northwest yellow perch

While crappie fishing yesterday, one of our fishermen , caught 3 yellow perch. One was 2#s +/-.
Caught several nice crappie, but the yellow is the big news. Caught it on new (new to us) crappie flappie with
the orange claws. Hope this is the beginning of a great yellow perch run

I hope so too! Hey what is crappie flappie, (plastic crawdad bait?)
I always used bottom rigs with minnows for RP, and was going to try bottomrig and minnows on crappie this summer in deeper water areas of a fav lake. (but never did)

Crappie Flappie is made by Strike King. Looks like miniature sweet beaver. Some have accent color claws and
    some do not ..
