RC Slow Today

The long and short of it was 7..... 5 keepers....
Fish from 8 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
None in the timber and all under 287 bridge....
One of our group got there late and he had 2 when I left....
So I think fall bridge fishing is over for the year....
When I launched at Oak Cove there was 2 others there... that should tell you something... the lake was like glass most of the morning but started white caping bout 10:30....
May try Navarro Mills before I park my boat.... like to see if there is any crappie hanging around my stick condos....

8a.m. to 11:30p.m. for 5 keepers??? Man I thought I had Patience.

Try 11am to 3:30pm and you get to watch 2 guys with you on your boat put 9 in the livewell, throw back several to small and catch a couple green things and one big whiskered thing. One guy was real nice and offered to let me reel the last fish caught in. I got skunked and laughed at, my boat my truck pulling the boat. I hope they enjoyed their swim and walk home. Ferdi aka Fred
