Did you go today (Sunday)? I hit the lake this morning for couple of hours and came home with 5. Not great but it made up for that bag of crappie that I fried up last night.

Yes I fished about a hr and caught 15 nice catfish

I've never fished LOP. I keep hearing you guys talking about winter fishing in Dec-Feb. I guess they stack up by the dam? When do they start hitting there? I'm taking a buddy fishing on Nov 15th and was thinking of heading to LOP. I'm very new to crappie fishing and am trying out new lakes and techniques.

Welcome Wonderduck, i fish LOP when i can, i have a few little brush piles i have put out myself. The Fall and Winter has been the best for me so far.
