Default Dove Hunting in the Stamford/Haskell area - Sanders Farm

I realize it is getting late, but this dove lease just opened up due to the owner wanting to make sure the big rains did not ruin it for hunting. Many areas in and around Abilene have experienced 7-10 inches of rain, but the property has only had an inch or less thus far so the birds have not moved out.

    DOVE HUNTERS:
Haskell Tx. day lease $50.00 per gun per day / Travel Trailer Hook Ups
    for $20.00 per day

Just wondering....what size reel and line do ya use on them guns. Are they med/heavy action???? Do ya use a jig or live bait for them dove fish and how big a motor ya got on them travel trailer boats??? Got me plumb confused.
A gun in hand is a lot better than a cop on the phone.
