we try to keep the speed down on the bamboo piles to 100 an hour bro .....:Rofl
200 is way to fast for us older fellas rotfl
we are just trying to save on gas in the boat , that running and gunning is lots of work , roll up drop jig set the hook and repeat .
sometimes we have to hunt a bit for them , but in the end there is typically a spot somewhere out there where there is a herd waiting for a jig to drop on them :highfive
Spooky fish are crappie for sure
I think it has a lot to do with how pressured the fish are. I used to fish a set of docks that had a steady line of boat in front of them. You could manage 1 maybe 2 fish then nothing. Next guy was the same. 6 docks in a row. Move the lake a 1/2 mile to a run down abandoned dock and pull fish after fish out from under it. I would hit that dock about twice a week. After a month and a half the number these fish started becoming pressured and not as easy to catch.
Very nice catch!
