Thread: Wright Patman??

Does this lake get as much pressure as LOP? Just curious. Planning a couple days at LOP in late January and saw this lake somewhat nearby.

Not that I know of. I fish it occasionally.
I have a buddy that does well in the river upstream when the lake is down some.
The problem with WP is how much it fluctuates. It’s a very tough lake to keep up with. It does hold some giant slabs tho.

i know it holds real nice sized crappie , beyond that not much else......
i am pretty sure nothing in Texas can compete with LOP on pressure in the winter
its a boat show beyond your biggest dreams once it gets real cold
