Yes, you can fish in Texas still. I am still going 2-3 times a week. I know in East Texas the police are not even making traffic stops. I have friends with State police and SO. I saw the wording above, but it is encouraged to participate in outdoor activities while maintaining social distancing. The store at the boat ramp is still open on Palestine because people need bait. For some people it is essential as they are getting food. ha ha
