The last few weeks the weather has been Jeckyl and Hyde with 25 mph winds one weekend then no wind the next. Fishing has been pretty good despite the conditions but today with steady light south winds everything set up perfectly. Got on the lake right at daylight and fish were biting at the first stop and it continued at almost every spot the rest of the morning. The quality was outstanding today. Caught em from 15-25 fow on timber and brush. Had a three man limit of east texas toads in the cooler at 11:00 then did some scouting in new areas and continued to find solid fish.
