This past week lake Wichita caught fire. I was catching them anywhere from 6.5' to 1". This lake is super shallow. You can't find a spot over 9'. I'm not sure what they do in the winter. I can never find them when the water is cold, but in the last week they decided to bum rush the shore. Found some really nice fish. Males had very little color to them. The females eggs were tight, and no where near close to dropping. Pre dawn bite has been the best.
