and there I was .....
not fishing of course but to be sure ketchn
hair froze to my head one morning when I went out to start the truck after a shower
rod tip and the next guide froze over and over while trying to ketch fish
truck windshield looked like some kind of artwork one morning
and it was terribly ridiculous ccccold .
kept a few for dinner one trip
and went out on multiple trips
one thing that was super nice is that the crowd wasn't there .......
and chipotle sauce and hot pico and hot crunchy fish on soft warm tortillas will in fact make you forget how ccccold you were ....
stay tuned and don't stay warm , that aint how you get it done when its the FROZEN tundra fellas .....

Yes they are baked in a Panko and regular bread crumb mix after a quick egg bath on a lightly oiled cookie sheet at 350 for 20 minutes ...very crispy and no mess...
