The outboard was running at the time of that particular shot. I was motoring down a creek. That is the default setting on the Garmin which I hadn't bothered to change (probably won't for reasons you listed.) Mine is an 8 yr old Merc 90 4 stroke.

I like to display voltage as well! Got to say that screen shot is impressive!
If you don't mind how large is this unit and what kind of about cost is involved? I doubt I change from my HB units because of the iPilot Link stuff, but interested.
That's off my 9" Garmin echoMAP 93sv on the console. It retails for $1199 and there is a $100 rebate right now on all the echoMAPS. I went from a Lowrance HDS9 Touch to it and like it much better (a little simpler for an old geezer like me.) I replaced an Elite 7 up front with the 7" echoMAP downvu. wow, very impressed. Is the downVu true down imaging or faux DI like the HB side imaging units?
