Thread: going by Sommerville this weekend...

I will be passing by Sommerville and thought about stoping and catching some Crappie. Fished there years ago. where would be a good place to bank or wade fish on Lake somerville?

Welch Park has some shallow water on the west shore to fish for whites and crappie. There is also a small rock island on that end of the park that produces too. You can also try Overlook Or Big Creek Marinas.
