Traveling to E Texas Saturday for a week to spend Thanksgiving with family. Bringing my kayak along and plan to paddle around 103 bridge near Etoile ( if there's any water ) to see if this rookie might catch a crappie.
Any other kayakers going to be around and would like to fish together? If you have motor boat and want someone to fish with, I will definitely cover gas.

What can I say...trip did not turn out as planned. Cold and rained non stop for over 48 hours. Once the sun came out, went and sat in deer stand a couple of times. Did do a little fishing in the pond with Captain America. Had a great Thanksgiving...hope ya'll did too.

Sorry I was out of pocket this month or I would have taken you fishing. Gonna get the ticker worked on this week so maybe I'll be back to fishing next year sence this year wasn't so good health wise. Post again when you are heading back this way and if I'm up to it we can at least get out. Catching something could be a different story according to the stories I have been getting. lol Ferdi
