Default What are the fish doing?

We are starting to see some cooler temps in the East Texas area, what will expected during October for crappie? I have never crappie fished during October. Will they continue to hold on stumps, bridge pilings, etc. and become more active before they make the grand migration to deeper water? Is dock shooting and fishing under lights effective during this time?

Pintail, Dock shooting can be very productive soon. The fish are beginning to move into the "good" docks now. I posted this last week...

the bridges should be loading up soon too but not so much yet. After the rains this weekend & later this week the water temp should drop some more. It's gonna get better.
