Upcoming rain

How will the predicted storms of this weekend and into next week affect the crappie coming shallow. I mainly fish from the bank so I look forward to this time of year.

It has been my experience this time of year in Texas, the rains are not cold, and the water
temps are climbing........so it should not hamper the bite of the crappie. I use a 12' jiggin'
pole and can reach out from the bank far enough to get the spawners in the shallows.
Just start from the bank and move the jig out and back in a sweepin' motion. You will
feel taps of weed tops, but if it fights back..........pull it to the bank before it escapes.

Thanks for the advice. I plan on getting out tomorrow if its not raining to bad.
