Happy Monday! We have decided to auction off our bait shop repo building at Pomme De Terre Lake/Pittsburg, MO. It is 2600 sq ft up and 2600 down. The downstairs was most recently used as a restaurant. The previous owner's health failed and we got the building back. The sale is Thursday, September 25 in Bolivar, MO at the YMCA and will be auctioned by Diamond S Auction Company. Detailed information will b posted their website in the next 2 weeks. We are also auctioning the 5 acres across the road which would be perfect for rv and boat storage units. We have had several offers on our properties if we are willing to owner finance and at this point we still sting from the burn of the last one!
