Question Tight Lipped Fishermen in West Tn

Don't know why all the fishermen in West Tn have to be so tight lipped about where they catching or what they are catching. Most of us amateur fishermen are not going to bother your mats or beds. We are just wanting to enjoy the day or week and catch a few to eat.

Not a good place to fish if you're in the Memphis area. Pickwick and the TN river, Reelfoot and the big 3 in MS is about the limit unless there's another place they go.

Well, we are on Kentucky Lake and Big Sandy, West Sandy area. You can walk from boat to boat at some places. I know some members on here fish up there. I guess they just scared to let out secrets. I don't lie. if I'm catching I will tell you where. There is enough fish in lake for all of us. Enjoy the fish and help a buddy out!

Check Big Sandy. The last I knew they were in 8-10’ fow.
You should also check down south around the Refuge area.

Caught a limit both Thursday and Friday long lining jigs off the edge of the main Big Sandy river channel in 8 fow near Trace Creek. Saturday morning I fished the back of West Sandy Creek and did really well catching big males before the storm blew up. You can catch fish all over this lake right now just get out there.
