Ran around most of the morning searching for my quarry. I found fish in a creek channel feeding the main river channel, on a drop from 12’ down to about 26’ fow. On some submerged timber. Numbers were good this morning but keepers were few. I still got in some practice. I set up on the shallow side and cast into the deeper water, up stream and up wind. Surface temp was 85* . Fish were over 20’ fow on a 12-15 count. Flows were about 20k. Most came across the gunnel on a BG Patriot color also had a few on bleeding shad.
