Late start yesterday, launched about 11:30. I said to myself, self, your going dock shooting today. And so I did. Started out slowly on the first dock, there were small white water insects all over the surface of the water I thought that brim would be busting all around. I did manage a bluegill and a small spot on that one. Scouted a few others, too shallow I guess for now. Headed to my what ended up being my last stop of the day. Managed 10 off two different docks in the area. Was a pleasant day nice breeze and oh yea, did I mention I got a free shower from mother nature? My weather app didn't alert me like it normally does. So I ended the day about 3:30, released my 7 keepers in the rain, soaked like a rat. And wouldn't you know it, my rain jacket was in the back seat of my truck all along...
