Crappie hotel planting. 5/19/19

Dr Phil helped me put out two hotels this morning. I think that I have them in a good spot. Time will tell. We had about an hour and a half before Phil had to go meet his son, so we fished a couple of spots.

We caught 7 keeper crappie and a keeper bass that I took home for lunch. Wanda and I have already had it and it was delicious. Phil took the crappie home for his lunch.

Wind from the south and increasing with with each passing moment. Flow rate today was only 8,600 CFS and water temp was 74.9. A couple of our crappie were shallow, but most were over 10’ deep.
