This is my first full year learning to crappie fish, so just wondering how late in the year you crappie veterans find pulling cranks effective. I know the obvious answer is "until they stop biting!" but I don't want to be trying 60 degree water if you find they normally shut off at 70 degrees. I don't know many brush piles so I plan to go to pushing jigs once the crankbait bite is gone. Thanks in advance for any advice!
